Uniquely Custom

Northern California Brides Magazine, page 152
Fall, 2006

If you've had no luck finding something "different" for your wedding, getting it custom-made is a great option. Whether it's a seashell-encrusted tiara, a beaded frog ornament to attach to your mother's nosegay, or a whimsical biplane cake topper- if you have an unconventional request, we recommend The Flirty Bride. This custom bridal design studio in Campbell run by owner Stacie Tamaki, creates everything from veils to gown beading to color-coordinating jewelry. As Tamaki says, "I love taking on a unique challenge."

For the recent wedding of James Chen and Sylvia Yue, Tamaki created this "Barely There" choker made of Swarovski crystals, glass and pearl beads, as well as a matching crystal-and-pearl headpiece.
